League Control Center · V10.109 RC1

Run League Hub from one desk.

This is the administrative/operator layer for the Hub. It can be used by the commissioner, league founder, site operator, or another trusted controller without changing the league’s real-world titles.

AFTER GAMES
Weekly Operations

Controls You May Use Every Week

Deadlines, owner participation, league conversation and official notices.
Owner Engagement

B.O.S.S. Pick’em

WEEKLY

Set the weekly lock, control when picks are revealed, and audit complete Pick’em submissions. Owner credentials are managed separately.

What this controls
Use this only for the weekly Pick’em card: lock timing, reveal behavior, participation audit, and clearing a week when necessary.
Owner Conversation

Locker Room Control

WEEKLY

Open or freeze weekly conversation, pin standout posts, hide or restore messages, and permanently remove content when needed.

What this controls
Use this to make the Locker Room read-only, moderate posts, or feature a message without changing anything else in the Hub.
Optional External Chat

Chat Bridge

PRIVATE INBOX

Capture selected SMS/iMessage, GroupMe, Discord, WhatsApp, Messenger or other chat moments without replacing the league’s existing group chat. Every import stays private until reviewed and explicitly published.

Privacy boundary
Chat Bridge is optional and can be turned off. Manual capture does not need phone numbers or messaging credentials. Imported text/screenshots are League Control-only until an individual item passes privacy review and is published.
League Communications

Commissioner Bulletin

AS NEEDED

Publish pinned notices, urgent alerts, rule reminders and League Wire announcements. Retired notices remain preserved in the League Office archive.

What this controls
Use this for official league-facing messages. Urgent and pinned notices receive stronger placement than normal announcements.
Dates & Deadlines

League Calendar

SEASON / WEEKLY

Enter confirmed league dates, deadlines, openings and week-based milestones once so B.O.S.S. can display them consistently.

What this controls
Use exact date/time only when the league has confirmed it. Week-based triggers handle rules that begin after a scoring week completes.
League Administration

Franchises, Rules & Permanent Records

The official B.O.S.S. file. Changes here can affect history, identity and league-wide references.
League Configuration

League Setup & Backup

SEASON SETUP

Keep league identity, season/platform settings, package switches and commissioner backups in one place. B.O.S.S. Live starts with every current module enabled.

What this controls
This is the productization foundation and safety desk. Use it before the season, before major configuration changes, and whenever you want a full private league backup.
Universal League Architecture

League Core & Import Lab

ONBOARDING

Stage a league from ESPN or Sleeper automatically, or bridge any sport/league through universal CSV. Imports normalize into a sport-agnostic core without overwriting live B.O.S.S. records.

What this controls
This is the commercial onboarding foundation. Platform adapters discover source data; the Universal League Core stores the normalized league model. B.O.S.S. remains protected as the football flagship.
Auto-Build Foundation

League Genesis Builder

BUILD

Turn the normalized Universal League Core into an initial League Hub blueprint: sport vocabulary, module plan, franchise shells, Legacy readiness, and commissioner setup checklist.

What this controls
League Genesis does not publish over B.O.S.S. It assembles the commercial build plan from imported league data so commissioner approval comes before branding, live feeds, or customer launch.
Private League Feed

ESPN Connection

AUTO + RECONNECT

Keep the private ESPN league feed alive without editing Cloudflare every time ESPN rotates a session. Test the connection, reconnect with fresh espn_s2 + SWID values, and let B.O.S.S. securely resume Game Center scoring without a redeploy.

Security boundary
Cookie values are commissioner-only, verified server-side, encrypted before storage in BOSS_DB, and never returned to the browser after submission. ESPN still controls when its login session expires.
Optional Player Intelligence

Fantasy Data Engine

PROTOTYPE

Connect a server-side fantasy data provider without changing ESPN as league truth. V10.109 RC1 adds cached weekly projections, ECR including IDP, compact player news and Game Center enrichment on top of stable player mapping and injury status.

What this controls
Provider credentials, match diagnostics and sync health only. The API key stays in Cloudflare secrets; if the provider fails, League Hub falls back to its normal Game Center.
Credentials & Roles

Access & Permissions

OWNER SETUP

Manage the universal owner code for every active franchise and assign any combination of Host, Co-host, Producer, and Presenter Network permissions from the same 12-team board.

What this controls
This is the League Control screen for owner credentials and Network roles. Codes are not readable after they are saved; replace a lost code rather than trying to recover it.
League Archive

History Manager

AS NEEDED

Recover old seasons, paste/import standings, correct records, and save official B.O.S.S. history.

What this controls
Use this only for official season records. Historical edits flow into record and legacy features that rely on the archive.
Franchise Identity

Franchise Registry

AS NEEDED

Manage renamed teams, permanent aliases, Active/Archived status, unclassified historical names, and commissioner-only archived franchise records.

What this controls
Use aliases when one franchise changes names. Archive a franchise when the owner is no longer active so past accomplishments remain without contaminating current records.
Franchise Branding

Brand Manager

AS NEEDED

Upload, replace, reframe or reset franchise logos; add owner photos; and manage franchise colors without editing site files.

What this controls
Use this for the official B.O.S.S. franchise presentation. Uploaded franchise art overrides ordinary feed art where the Hub supports it.
League Personalities

Owner Profiles

OCCASIONAL

Manage verified draft tendencies, NFL loyalty, B.O.S.S. personality tags and contextual notes used by Franchise DNA and Weekly Preview.

What this controls
Use verified tendencies only. These notes help B.O.S.S. describe owners and should change when an owner’s actual behavior changes.
League Governance

Rules & Rulings

OFFICIAL

Maintain the Rulebook, preserve effective-season language, and document commissioner rulings or rule checks as precedent.

What this controls
Use this for league law, not casual notes. A ruling can become precedent, so record enough context for a future commissioner to understand the decision.
Front Office History

GM Transaction Ledger

AS NEEDED

Preserve trades, waivers, free-agent moves and commissioner-entered front-office context. ESPN-synced activity remains read-only.

What this controls
Use commissioner entries to add B.O.S.S. context that the ESPN transaction feed cannot explain. Do not duplicate synced moves.
Living Season History

Season Chronicle

STORY FILE

Add trades, rule changes, draft-night stories, milestones and league moments alongside verified weekly and postseason history.

What this controls
Use this for moments worth remembering beyond the box score. It is the season’s narrative record, not the formal Rulebook or standings archive.
League Legends & Folklore

Hall of Fame & Lore

LEGACY

Induct owners, franchises, championship teams and iconic seasons—or preserve trades, games and unforgettable B.O.S.S. moments.

What this controls
Hall entries are formal honors. Lore is the broader memory bank for stories and moments that matter even if they are not Hall of Fame inductions.
Game & Media Operations

Draft, Channel & Storytelling

Live-event controls and the B.O.S.S. media layer.
Draft Night

Draft Control

DRAFT DAY

Enter picks, use the player bank, manage the shared clock, correct picks, and control the public Draft Room.

What this controls
This is the live draft operator console. Use corrections here instead of attempting to repair the public board manually.
B.O.S.S. Channel Production

Channel Production Suite

SHOW DAYS

Open the public Channel or enter production. Host, Co-host, Producer and Presenter assignments are handled in Access & Permissions, and each person can hold more than one role.

What this controls
Production permissions come from Access & Permissions Manager. The separate League Control session retains administrative Producer capability without changing the operator’s league title.
Audience & Media Access

Media + Guest Passes

CAMPAIGNS

Create individual Media credentials and expiring Guest campaign codes for podcasts, Shorts, special events, and invited observers. Track successful entries and revoke any pass without touching owner access.

What this controls
Media Passes are individual credentials. Guest Passes are public campaign codes. Both are read-only and never grant owner, commissioner, Locker Room, or private production permissions.
Permanent Game Archive

Game Vault

AUTOMATIC

Preserve matchup scores, first captured lines, live win-probability range, lead changes, snapshots and final results in B.O.S.S.

Open Game Vault
What this controls
The Vault is primarily automatic. Use it to inspect the permanent B.O.S.S. game record rather than as a routine data-entry page.
Automatic League Storytelling

Postgame Reports

AFTER GAMES

Turn finalized Vault matchups into headlines, drama tags, Game Ratings, opening-line context, comeback trails and copy-ready recaps.

What this controls
Use this after games are finalized. It reads the permanent game record and converts it into the B.O.S.S. editorial layer.
