Lock rule: Each B.O.S.S. matchup locks at its earliest verified active-starter NFL kickoff. Bench/IR do not count. These weekly dates apply only when lineup/kickoff verification fails. Global LOCKED/CLOSED is an emergency close; clearing it does not reopen durable matchup locks.

Per-matchup Overrides

AUTO respects durable locks. FORCE OPEN explicitly permits correction beyond kickoff; every override is audited.

Week Participation Audit

This confirms who submitted picks and when, including partial cards. Public picks may remain hidden until lock.
